1) When do we ship your order?

2) What if I am not satisfied with the item(s) I received? (Rdram only)

If for any reason you are not happy with your RAM(s) you received, please email us as soon as possible, so we can refund you with the full purchase price less shipping and handling cost. You will be given a RMA# to return your item(s). Once you get your RMA#, you must return the item(s) within 7 days. Refund or exchange can not be issued unless you contact us within 30 days after you received the item(s).

3) What if the RAM(s) I received does not work with my machine or DOA?

If the memory you received does not work on your computer or DOA, please contact us as soon as possible so we can exchange the memory for you. (Refund or Exchange will NOT be granted if you do not contact us within 30 days after you received the item(s).

4) Is the shipping cost refundable?

No, shipping cost is not refundable for any circumstances.
